Let's be honest: talking to a person you've just met about some of the things you may feel most vulnerable about is a pretty unique situation. It takes courage, a will to grow, and trust. 


I always strive to honour that trust and growth potential. I work collaboratively with clients of all genders, sexual orientations, and backgrounds in a non-judgmental space, providing personalised strategies for promoting mental health and tools to meet your goals.

We'll combine evidence-led insights from psychology, neurobiology, health and mindfulness, empowering you with practical techniques to work through difficulty and enhance well-being. My focus is also on developing confidence in your resilience, creativity and ‘wise mind’ as you shape the goals, values and life paths most meaningful to you.
